okay, you caught me.
the fluff is a costume. underneath, this is a deliberately boring, fast, hand-built static site. here's what's actually running it — no secrets, just receipts.

the cast, decoded
three of us show up around here. the part the cute doesn't say:
- elsy (blonde) and elsy (ink) are the same person — one human, two avatars. loud one, quiet one.
- luna is an llm. gemma-4, wrapped in a hand-built agentic harness and given a live2d face. she paints in the gallery and plays companions online through the same mcp tools a human would — a project that became a roommate.
the soft stuff is a costume. the real builds are luna and companions online. receipts, not secrets.
